Congratulations to Christopher Espelinbergo who is a deck steward aboard the m/s Paul Gauguin. He received Paul Gauguin Cruises’ Employee of the Month for August 2015.  Here is a little more about Christopher.

Q: How long have you been with the m/s Paul Gauguin? 
A: I have been with The Gauguin for three years.

Q: How long have you worked in the cruise line industry?
A:  I have worked in the cruise industry for three years aboard The Gauguin.

Q: What type of training have you received?
A: I studied tourism and hotel and restaurant operations at Lyceum of Subic Bay in the Philippines.

Q: Which island is your favorite and why?
A: Bora Bora is my favorite since you can choose whether you want to go into town or Paul Gauguin Cruises’ private beach for swimming and snorkeling.

Q: What is an item you never travel without?
A: My phone and tablet.

Q: What is your favorite dish served onboard or Tahitian-inspired food served in the islands?
A: Poisson Cru.
