Nothing. All shipboard gratuities are included.
How much should I budget for soft drinks, mineral water, and wine with dinner?
Nothing. Soft drinks, mineral water, and wine with dinner are included in our all-inclusive fares. In fact, select fine wines and premium spirits, soft drinks, bottled water, coffee, and tea served throughout the ship as well as mini-bar beverages are all complimentary.
What are the charges for meeting space rental and/or a hospitality desk on board your vessel?
We offer complimentary meeting space rental as well as onboard A/V equipment, charging only a nominal service charge for meeting room set-up and service (based on the number of guests in the meeting). In addition, there is no charge for a hospitality desk area on board, as well as the use of our computer and printer.
Can I book shore excursions, spa treatments, and dinner reservations prior to our cruise?
Reservations can be made in advance for shore excursions only. Spa and dinner reservations may be made once onboard, subject to availability and capacity constraints. Under special circumstances full group reservations may be made in advance of departure on select nights aboard.
If we charter the ship, can we change the itinerary?
Yes, an itinerary can be changed, provided that embarkation and debarkation ports remain as published.
Are port/governmental charges included?
Port/governmental fees, handling security, and cruise ship fuel surcharges are additional and are based on the number of guests sailing.
Can we fly our corporate flag, and can we print our corporate logo on menus and daily programs?
Yes, if you are chartering the ship.

Yes.
Do you have promotional materials we can use?

Because of our ship’s intimate size, the number of top-end suites is limited. To secure a top-end suite for your VIP, we recommend that the rate for that suite be pro-rated into the group rate.
Who handles my incentive program once it is sold?
We have dedicated personnel specially trained to ensure that every aspect of your group is taken care of, from first contact through final billing.
What is your site inspection policy?
We offer complimentary site inspection of suites/staterooms on a space available basis, as detailed in the group/charter agreement, if the business has been signed and deposited. If not signed and deposited, we offer reduced rates. All site inspection bookings receive immediate confirmation.
Can I request and confirm 1st or 2nd seating for my group?
Paul Gauguin Cruises offers full, open-seating dining to all guests so they can dine with whom they want, where they want, whenever they want.

Is it true that all meals are à la carte onboard The Gauguin?
All dinners are à la carte. Large groups requesting group seating, when available, however, may be limited to a set menu. We are able to create special menus for guests who have food allergies or require a specific diet.
Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style, although à la carte dining is available in La Veranda.
How many staterooms do I need to qualify as an incentive group?
On the m/s Paul Gauguin, you can book as few as 10 staterooms to qualify as an incentive group and enjoy our incentive group policies (including having an assigned in-house coordinator to manage the special needs of your group).
What is the cost compared to a land-based program?
Many of the services that resorts charge extra for are complimentary aboard The Gauguin. For example, meeting rooms, coffee/snack breaks, A/V equipment, entertainment, and many daytime and evening activities are included, to name just a few.
Are name changes allowed once a passenger list has been received by PGC?
We allow complimentary name changes up to 72 hours prior to departure for both charters and incentive groups (cruise-only).
