I added an overwater bungalow at the Intercontinental in Tahiti, with dining reservations at Lotus, which was perfect – especially for the groom, who’s a chef!

And at my special events, I make small samples of the Crème Brûlée to share! People love the little treat, leave with the recipe, and often call me for additional information!
