Sales Approach: It starts with knowing the Paul Gauguin Cruises product and knowing my clients [and using my endless charm LOL]… Seriously, understanding any guests needs starts with a friendly tone and a desire to be of assistance -and this needs to be heard even over the phone. Confidence in my own tone made it clear that I knew what I was speaking about, even if I’d not been on the m/s Paul Gauguin before.  I use Client Testimonials all the time but didn’t need to with this couple – but they do help when a client isn’t sure.
