Initial Lead: I knew I wanted to take a group on a sailing about the m/s Paul Gauguin for my 30th Wedding Anniversary! I did my homework and researched the prices of each sailing and the group amenities offered. Then I completed the Tahiti Tiare Program and Paul Gauguin Cruises’ PEARLS program to learn more about Tahiti and The Gauguin! I chose my sailing date because the price was so great, and it fit in my travel schedule. Then I called my wonderful sales rep, Nancy Iovino and she set-up the group for me. She is amazing and super helpful!

Sales Approach: Tahiti is such a bucket list destination and what better way to do it than with Paul Gauguin Cruises! I phoned many of my existing clients and told them about the extraordinary value and all-inclusive pricing and they signed up. I held a Terrific Tahiti Tuesday event in our office and invited Nancy and Tahiti Tourism to speak. We had wine, cheese and other snacks. We decorated our office and desks with beautiful tropical wraps and shells. It was a wonderful event with about 25 attendees. We personally invited clients from our area to attend and I deposited two more reservations for the group! Another agent got a booking for next year! I am excited to sail on Paul Gauguin Cruises in December and I know experiencing it first-hand will help me with future groups!
